Welcome to the Year 1 homepage. Here you will find links to your homework and other work for in class as well as photos and examples of great work.
General Information
In the summer term Year 1 P.E. lessons will be on a Tuesday in the morning with our P.E. coach, Jack, and in a afternoon with myself. Children will need to come to school in shorts, a t-shirt and trainers; in addition to this they can bring tracksuit pants and a sweatshirt for outdoor P.E. if they would like.
Homework will be given out on a Monday for that week and will cover work completed in the previous week or planned for that week. Most activities will be online games or short (up to 20 minute) activities and games to play with your child. In addition to this the children should be reading to an adult for at least 10 minutes every night (three times a week minimum).
