Year 6 Art

Year 6 have had a wonderful first Half term making our classroom in to a bright and inspiring place to be! They have all worked hard using different mediums to create a variety of pictures.

Our first creations were created using pencil crayons and felt tips as we thought about the Black Lives Matter campaign.

We used water colours and drawing techniques to create some brilliant pictures in our look at perspective.

We then used water colours and silhouette art to create some pictures about the Blitz which we have been studying in our History topic on WW2.

Lastly, the children created zentangle patterns which were exploding from their heads - showing us what chaos the average Year 6 brain contains! There are some photographs of their work below. (Click on a picture to expand).
